How to Set-up Personalized Voice Messages Using AakashTel?

  • Record Your Voice
  • Log in to your AakashTel customer login account.
  • Click on “Staff Setting” and go to “Sound”. Inside this section click on the “Add Sound” button and then Upload your voice.
  • Now, if you want to set Greetings and IVR routing voice, Go back to the dashboard and then click on “IVR”. Then click on the “Add new IVR” button located at the top right corner and set up your voice and routing.
  • If you want to set up a voice for Voice Broadcast, Go-to dashboard and then click on “Campaign”. On the top right corner, you can see “Create Broadcast Campaign”, click on that button.
