  • Login to your AakashTel customer account.
  • Go to “Settings” and then under the “General” section look for the “Voicemail Notifications On/Off” option. Turn it on to receive voicemails notifications. Setup voicemail notification email and if you want our system to send email notifications about the voicemail turn that option on.
  • You or your agents will immediately hear a ring as soon as a customer calls.
